libasis2014-dev software package provides Ada Semantic Interface Specification (ASIS) headers and libraries, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libasis2014-dev
libasis2014-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libasis2014-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libasis2014-dev *
You will get with libasis2014-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
